Both parties understand and acknowledge that, by virtue of the present contract, they may both receive or become aware of technology as well as information belonging or relating to the other party, its business, business plans, affairs or activities, which information is confidential and proprietary to the other party and/or its Manufacturers and/or customers and in respect of which they are bound by a strict duty of confidence ("Confidential Information").
