Nos périodes de vacances sont AOUT et la période de Noël.

Afin d’éviter tout problème il serait bien de prévoir un délai minimum de 1 mois entre la commande et la date d’enlèvement.

Vous nous demandez de faire des produits exclusifs, il nous faut donc commander les habillages pour chaque commande, et il ne nous est pas possible d’en avoir d’avance car il doit figurer sur vos contre-étiquettes la date de mise en bouteille.

Par ailleurs afin de gagner du temps merci de nous transmettre en même temps que votre commande vos contre-étiquettes afin que nous puissions les demander de suite à notre imprimeur qui, a lui-même, un délai de production d’environ 15 jours.



Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments que cela peut vous poser mais nous faisons au mieux pour réduire les délais.
