Vous devez fournir le ou les documents demandés dans le format exigé pour chacune des personnes mentionnées (vous, votre conjointe ou conjoint et les enfants qui vous accompagnent). N'envoyez pas de documents originaux, à moins d'indication contraire, car les documents soumis ne vous seront pas retournés.
Vous devez vous référer au formulaire Documents à soumettre à l’appui de la demande de Certificat de sélection du Québec et à la page Exigences documentaires pour connaître les exigences relatives au format et à la traduction des documents que vous devez nous transmettre. Consultez notre site Internet aux adresses suivantes : www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/documents-soumis et www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/exigences-documentaires.
Nous vous rappelons que :
 le format copie certifiée conforme indique que la copie du document que vous soumettez doit obligatoirement être certifiée conforme à l'original soit par l'émetteur du document soit par une autorité reconnue du pays ou territoire qui a délivré le document. Pour savoir quelles autorités sont autorisées à certifier conforme un document, vous devez vous référer à la Liste des autorités reconnues pour certifier conformes des documents;
 toutes les pages des documents fournis doivent être certifiées conformes par une autorité reconnue;
 les documents électroniques doivent aussi être certifiés conformes à l'original par une autorité reconnue;
 si un document, y compris un original, ne comporte ni sceau ni signature originale ou s’il comporte une signature électronique, vous devez le faire certifier conforme par une autorité reconnue ou nous le faire parvenir sous enveloppe scellée par l’émetteur.
 si vous soumettez des documents ou des parties de documents dans une langue autre que le français ou l’anglais, vous devez fournir l’original de la traduction complète faite par un traducteur reconnu, en plus du document dans la langue d’origine.
o L’original de la traduction doit comporter le nom et le sceau du traducteur reconnu.
o L’ensemble des éléments du document dans la langue d’origine doit être traduit. Cela inclut les sceaux et les signatures.
Attention : Si le document original est rédigé en français ou en anglais, mais qu’il comporte un sceau dans une autre langue, vous devez absolument faire traduire ce sceau. Chaque traduction doit être agrafée au document auquel elle correspond dans la langue d’origine.
