Dans le cadre du Projet d’appui à l’Amélioration de la Compétitivité de l’Economie Camerounaise (PACOM), des Experts de l’ONUDI, en partenariat avec l’Agence des Normes et de la Qualité (ANOR) ont organisé deux sessions de formation à l’hôtel Azur à Yaoundé, une autre à la salle de réunion de l’ANOR. Il faut préciser que cette série de formations, est consécutive à celles réalisées au mois d’octobre 2014. Les travaux présidés par Madame Nathalie Noah, Directeur des Normes à l’ANOR, visaient une fois de plus le renforcement des capacités du personnel de l’ANOR et de toutes les parties prenantes aux travaux de normalisation.
La première session tenue du 20 au 21 janvier 2015 avait pour thème : MISE EN PLACE DU SCHEMA DIRECTEUR ET BUSINESS PLAN TRIENNAL. Les travaux, axés sur la présentation du Plan d’actions ( PAP) d’une part, et l’Elaboration du Plan Stratégique 2015-2019 de l’ANOR d’autre part, ont abouti aux résolutions suivantes :
Encourager les structures de l’ANOR à travailler en synergie dans le domaine de la normalisation ;
Capitaliser l’apport du secteur public et du secteur privé ;
Mettre à la disposition des Experts le Plan Stratégique renseigné ;
Centraliser les données des formulaires renseignés et les mettre à la disposition des Experts.
Le thème de la deuxième session, tenue les 22, 23 et 26 janvier 2015 portait sur : L’ACCOMPAGNEMENT DANS LES ENQUETES PUBLIQUES ET AMELIORATION DES ACTIVITES DE NORMALISATION SUR LES PLANS NATIONAL, REGIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL. Au terme des travaux, les recommandations suivantes ont été formulées :
Renforcement des compétences des Points Focaux de Comités Techniques ;
Elaboration du plan de travail pour l’année 2015 ;
Création des Comités Stratégiques Sectoriels ;
Actualisation des données sur le site web de l’ANOR ;
Création des Comités Miroirs.
La troisième session tenue les 27 et 28 janvier 2015 qui concernait uniquement le personnel de la Direction des Normes avait pour thème : REVUE DES DOCUMENTS MIS EN PLACE AU SEIN DE LA DIRECTION DES NORMES ET EVALUATION DU DEGRE DESDITS DOCUMENTS. A l’issue des travaux, les recommandations ci-dessous ont été émises :
Etablir 03 cachets et les apposer au verso du document concerné ;
Avoir une fiche de diffusion par procédure ;
Ranger les documents dans l’ordre (Procédure, Processus, Formulaires, Instructions) ;
Revoir la procédure DN 12 (Gestion du courrier) ;
Prévoir une formation sur la numérisation des documents ;
Faire une enquête publique un mois après l’homologation des normes.

Work chaired by Madame Nathalie Noah, Director of standards at the ANOR, were once more the capacity-building of staff the ANOR and all relevant stakeholders in the work of standardization.The first session held from 20 to 21 January 2015 had as its theme: implementation of SCHEMA Manager and BUSINESS PLAN triennial. Work, focused on the presentation of the Plan of actions (PAP) on the one hand, and the development of the Plan strategic 2015-2019 the ANOR on the other hand, have resulted in the following resolutions: Encourage the structures of the ANOR to work in synergy in the field of standardization;Capitalize on the contribution of the public sector and the private sector;Put at the disposal of the Experts the Strategic Plan filled in;Centralize data from completed forms and put them at the disposal of the Experts.The theme of the second session, held on 22, 23 and 26 January 2015 focused on: the accompaniment in public inquiries and improvement of standardization on the PLANS NATIONAL, REGIONAL and INTERNATIONAL activities. At the end of the work, the following recommendations were made:Capacity-building of the Focal Points of technical committees;Development of the work plan for the year 2015;Creation of the strategic sectoral committees;Updating of data on the web site of the ANOR;Creation of committees mirrors.The third session held on 27 and 28 January 2015 which related only to the staff of the Directorate of standards had as its theme: literature review established within the Directorate of standards and assessment of those DOCUMENTS. At the end of the work, the following recommendations have been made:Establish 03 stamps and affix them on the back of the document concerned;Have a record of mailing by procedure;Storing documents in the order (procedures, processes, forms and Instructions);Review the DN 12 (mail management) procedure;Provide training on digitization of documents;Make a public inquiry a month after the approval of standards.
