ARTICLE 13 – ROLE DES MEMBRES DU BUREAU


Président

Le Président convoque les Assemblées Générales et les réunions du Conseil d'Administration.

Le Président est investi des pouvoirs les plus étendus pour régir, gérer et administrer l'Association. Il a la faculté de déléguer certains de ses pouvoirs aux membres du Bureau.

Trésorier

Le trésorier est chargé de tout ce qui concerne la gestion du patrimoine de l'Association.

Il surveille la comptabilité et la régularité de l'encaissement des ressources de l’Association.

En fin d'exercice, il établit un rapport financier et de gestion qu'il présente à l'Assemblée Générale en même temps que le bilan, le compte de résultat et l'annexe.

Il est en charge du dépôt des comptes au plus tard au 30 juin de l’année suivant celle de l’exercice auprès de la Commission Nationale des Comptes de Campagne et des Financements Politiques conformément aux dispositions de l’article 11-7 de la Loi du 11 mars 1988 modifiée.

Secrétaire

Le secrétaire est chargé de tout ce qui concerne l’administration générale, la correspondance et les archives.

Il rédige les procès-verbaux des délibérations et en assure la transcription sur les registres.

Il tient tout registre prévu par la loi, et assure l'exécution des formalités prescrites, sous la responsabilité du Président.
