Le présent marché a pour objetl’équipement sous tension électrique de la ligne 225kV « Errachidia – Khenifra » en câble de garde à fibre optique.
La description des prestations du marché est indiquée dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières.
Les fournitures et travaux objet du présent marché constituent un lot unique.
1 Article 6. Pièces constitutives du marché

Les pièces contractuelles constituant le marché sont les suivantes, par ordre de priorité décroissante :
1. L’acte d’engagement ainsi que et ses avenants éventuels.
2. Le Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicables aux marchés de travaux exécutés pour le compte de l’Etat(CCAG-T), en vigueur.
3. Cahier des prescriptions spéciales (CPS).
3.1. Le Cahier des Clauses Administratives et Financières Particulières Travaux (CCAFP-Travaux).
3.2. Le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
3.3. Le modèle de PGSPS Plan Général en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé au travail qui définit les modalités d'adaptation aux contraintes en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la santé lors de la réalisation des travaux.
4. Cahier des prescriptions communes (CPC).
4.1. Le Cahier des Clauses Administratives et Financières Générales Travaux (CCAFG-Travaux).
4.2. Le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Générales (CCTG).

5. Les plans, notes de calcul et tout document mentionné dans le CPS ou le CPC L’offre technique,.
6. Le bordereau des prix-détail estimatify compris la définition des prix;
Les pièces générales mentionnées ci-dessus sont réputées connues de l’entrepreneur même si elles ne sont pas jointes au marché et constituent incontestablement des documents contractuels.
En cas de contradiction ou de différence entre les pièces constitutives du marché, et sauf cas d'erreur manifeste, ces pièces prévaudront :
 Dans l’ordre où elles sont citées dans la liste des pièces constitutives figurant dans le CCAFP.
 A défaut d’une telle liste, dans l’ordre mentionné ci- haut.
