oui, nous avions déjà connecté l'appareil pour récupérer des photos sans problème.
Par contre, cette fois-ci nous avons récupéré une photo qui avait été traitée par l'application "beauty makeup" (application qui était installée dans le téléphone quand nous l'avons reçu).

Nous ne savons pas si l'appareil photo s'est bloqué à cause de "beautymakeup" ou de la récupération sur l'ordinateur.

Depuis notre dernier message, nous avons sauvé (sur les conseils d'un spécialiste informatique) les données du téléphone sur une carte SD et remis les paramètres d'usine pour tout réinitialiser, mais cela n'a pas fonctionné.

Nous souhaiterions donc un échange si cela est possible car il semble que la partie "appareil photo" se soit bloquée de manière mécanique au moment de son utilisation avec le logiciel "beauty makeup".
